"Very unhappy with this agent's office. Lyndsy is less than helpful and slow to respond, if she does at all. Requested a quote for a motorcycle policy on the State Farm app and did not receive any correspondence after nearly a week. Reached out to this agent's office as my current policy was assigned to this office. Lyndsy responded to me & assisted me. The information on the temp. plate and registration from the dealer was incorrect & she requested additional information, which was fine. Submitted everything I had, and she said none of it will work. Which is unfortunate because one of the documents that I had submitted was correct & matched the VIN on the bike and she did not take the time to look at it or enter the information & continued to tell me that it was incorrect. That was frustrating. Continued regardless and once I paid for the new motorcycle policy I had additional questions regarding the coverage. I sent Lyndsy an email directly after payment that went without response. I then sent an additional email requesting the same information that also went without response. Had to reach out to Matt Possehl directly for the information. Just very frustrating to work with. They got the job done, but the customer service was lacking."
